New video card (Radeon 270x), no signal

Hey all. Upgrading my video card from a Radeon HD 6950 to a Gigabyte Radeon 270x. After install, I'm getting no signal.

I've tried both DVI ports on the video card (not the mobo), I have a 520 W supply with two 6-pin connectors (this one), and I've re-seated the video card in the PCI slot several times.

No idea at this point. Any takers? Thanks in advance.

did you uninstall the driver before install? if not do this. if you can try the card in a different machine to test the card.

Huh, no luck. Still no signal. Any other ideas?

your going to need to test the card in a different system to see if the card works there. It is starting to look like it is a bad card.

And also, just to confirm, to uninstall drivers, I need to go to Device Manager > Display Devices > Radeon HD 6900 > Uninstall. Correct?

I use driver fusion but the AMD driver package has its own removal tool. these are the ways it should be removed.
these ways remove all of the components. and registry entry's

Uninstalled AMD drivers via the Catalyst tool. Still no dice.

I think it's just a DOA card. Will send it back. Damn.
