I don't have a use for this app other then installing updates for my 730m. Also i'm very ocd about not having programs running, so is there a way to disable this app from turning on? And for the record i'm talking anytime. i have the program disabled in my task manager on boot, but the thing still starts up. As well as it starting randomly during normal pc use. Thanks for any help in advance.

It's a utility that allows you to enable and disable programs at start-up when Windows fails to do the job.

Once launched, (as admin) go to the second tab (startup). From there you should be able to locate the GeForce Experience application and untick it.

Thanks, I will download and try that when i get home in a little. Will this also prevent it from opening at random times? I notice its usually anytime I connect to internet or use my graphics card that it opens up as if it has a reason.
