Will Intel Core i5-3350P CPU work with this AMD GPU?

Solution
It'll work, but if you are building it just now you are picking the wrong parts. The Haswell processors are out, they are about 10% faster and the same price, go with that. Also with a processor that fast its a bit of a waste to go with a GPU as crappy as a 250, cards priced that cheaply don't offer anywhere near the price to performance ratio of a card in say the $150 price bracket. See if you can cut the price down of your build in other areas to allocate money to a 650 Ti Boost or 7850.

Thanks for assuring me that they work together. I know the Haswell CPUs are out, but I thought the Ivy Bridge would be cheaper. I'm not concerned about the quality of the GPU because I'm currently using a rig with a Core 2 Duo E4600 @ 2.4GHz w/ 4GB of RAM, and a NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT GPU with 1GB of shared graphics memory.
