I have a dell inspiron 560.CPU upgrade?

I'm trying to upgrade my processor for my Dell Inspiron 560. Everything on it is factory minus the Graphics card. I was looking into upgrading to an I7 processor and was wondering if it is possible with my current setup. So yeah, is it?

No it's the wrong socket. You have lga775 which only goes up to core 2 quad. I wouldn't suggest buying such an old cpu unless you can find them really cheap.
