Ok, did a quick search on the computer. It does have a modern graphics card port (PCI Express x16), which means any modern graphics card could fit into the motherboard. And your CPU is ok to handle a low-medium end graphics card.
But there is an issue. The power supply that comes with the computer is very weak. And it is not going to be able to handle a modern graphics card. You could get a new graphics card, but it would be a graphics card that isn't suppose to do any gaming or anything like that. Normal internet searching and watching online videos, maybe a little minecraft, but not much more than that.
So the best card without getting a new power supply would be getting a Radeon HD 7750. Still a pretty good card, could run modern games with 30+ FPS on low or medium. But this card calls for a 400W PSU. So its risky running this thing on there. Its possible the system could get fried, but that is rare.
But that power supply is very low, I recommend getting a new PSU for any graphics card that is better than this one. Even some that are worse still take more power from the power supply.
