belive me or not but the evga card has the best gpu air coolers on the market now and it can come Superclocked if you don't wanna mess with the overclocking yourself
Your name kinda makes me unsure, because I'm assuming you'd choose an EVGA card over anything. The Gainward Phantom card is supposed to have special made quiet cooling with a higher clock speed.

I can vouch for EVGA (the card and the user)
It has the best cooler, only tied by ASUS.
It comes factory OCed much higher than any other card (within reason), and has some of the best quality and support around.
Honestly I don't see the fan as a big deal since I can just put an aftermarket fan to support the card. It's the card itself I'm worried about. EVGA seems to have better reviews though, and since it's more known than Gainward I guess I'll go with it.

If you plan to slap an aftermarket cooler on it, you should buy a reference model (with the blower cooler) as most aftermarket cards use non reference PCBs.
Theres also no point in getting a better card if you replace the cooler.
