Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble getting my new headset detected and working through the front panel connectors. My old headset used USB so I never noticed the problem before.

I've managed to get the mic working so I'm sure I'm connected properly, but I can't get sound to come from the headphones. I've tried looking around in the BIOS and user manual for anything that might help, but couldn't really find anything. I'm using the Bitfenix Prodigy case.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Just had this problem a few days ago, I have the same board. weird. But how I got my usb headset to work was uninstall the Intel USB driver that came with it. Now the audio and mic work but in the Device Manager it says my USB device isnt working but my usb ports still work with thumb drives external hard drives and such. So you could try that if you want. I'm super lazy right now cause of the holidays but if I figure anything else out Ill message ya.

Thanks for the reply, but just to clarify: I'm having problems with 3.5mm jacks not being detected from the front panel. The front USB panels are working perfectly fine
