Your motherboard is a 4 + 1 phase board which supports up to a 125 watt processor.
Your processor is a 125 watt processor so overclocking on that motherboard is not the best idea.
Overclocking it will mean the processor has to draw over the rated maximum from the motherboard.
I suggest buying an 8 + 2 phase board if you want to overclock safely

Can you recommend an MB that is 8+2 power phase. Preferably ASUS or Gigabytes
