I need help on picking a good gaming moniter

I have been looking for one but I cat really find one in my budget ($135) and I was wondering if any of you guys have a suggestion. I need the resolution to be 1920x1080. If someone would leave a suggestions that would be great.

You'll want anything with a low response time. 2ms and under is ideal for gaming.
