Don't know of any, but you could install a PCI USB card which has an internal USB port. I once bought a belkin one which had four external USB ports and one internal.
Thanks for the reply Phillip. That is a consideration. It would also give me some additional rear case ports.
I was looking at this card reader. I don't see a separate wire with internal USB connector, so it might be what I'm looking for;
