Quick CPU Question: Is there any thermal paste on this?

I recieved this 6300 as a gift for christmas, and I've instaled the CPU into a montherboard, but when looking at the stock cooler, I don't see any pre-applied thermal paste like all the guides said there would be. Do you guys see anything on it? I don't want to install it and cook the CPU or something, it'll take forever to replace.

if you that discolored area in the middle is not bare metal then yes there is paste. if it is bare metal obviously there isnt any and you'll need some

Turns out there was paste on it. I didnt realisr though, and i accidentally took the cooler off yhe CPU once, then put it right back on. Will i have tk reapply thermal paste or shouldit be ok? Bios says CPU Temp is around 50c, but some say that's not an accurate reading.
