New Motherboard and SLI or stay with single GPU?

I have a GTX 760 and want to run SLI. The problem is I have a ASUS Z87-C Motherboard. I have two options. One, I could wait for the next Nvidia series to come out and replace my 760 with a single GPU and a new PSU (my current PSU is only 600w) and stick with that until I build my new system around 2 years from now. Two, I could replace my Motherboard, PSU, and add another 760? I don't want to do to much upgrading because I will be building a overall better gaming PC 2 years from now. The PC I have now (i5 4570, ASUS Z87-C, GTX 760, 8 gb RAM, and 600w PSU) was just to get me into the PC gaming world and I expected it to last me for around 2-3 years before I build a complete new system. What options would be best for my system. Also, would it be better to just upgrade my pc heavily throughout or to build a new PC after components become old and outdated?

Just? That is a great gamer. What seems to be the problem that you think you need more?

Unfortunately, your MB's 2nd PCIe X16 slot is only X4 electrically. So adding a 2nd GTX 760 would not be advised.
