Can't figure out how to POST test my motherboard

I have a M5A78L-M LX PLUS motherboard and I want to do a POST test but can't seem to figure it out! I know you need to touch a metal something to the pwrsw pins, but I can't find it on my motherboard. Help me please!

Look for the F_PANEL header (bottom side)
1 2 3 4 5
6 7 8 9 10

Short the 3 and 4 pins (PWR and GND). Check the manual, if still not clear.
