Is it possible to pass 60+ fps mark when you're using 1 High end gpu? or is it adviseable to use only 60hz led monitor for 1 High end gpu?

It depends how far you surpass the 60fps mark but in reality a 60hz LED monitor would suffice. What graphics card are you planning on purchasing?

What if i have jetstream 780ti.. What led monitor will you use?

I'd go for the 120hz if necessary at (1080p)/ 24 inch. You will be able to see a difference but not enough as a 140hz would show visually.
