So I plugged in the fans of the H100i into my motherboard because I like using the Thermal Radar, it works really well for me, but I quickly realized that the fan that was plugged into the CPU opt plug would either only go full speed or would just turn off entirely, is there any way that I can adjust the speed of this fan with Thermal Radar II or would I have to use Corsair Link to control it?

If you're plugging the fans attached to the RADS onto the block and the block plugged into the motherboard then you'll have to use the Corsair Link,
If you plug the cpu fans directly to the motherboard you can use any software.

I did the same as corsair link is very buggy.

That's what I did too cause I didn't like the Corsair Link, but when I turn the CPU fan mode to Standard on Thermal Radar, the CPU fan RPM goes down accordingly, but the fan plugged into the CPU opt just turns off completely.

No, it shows the one the of the fans at a lower RPM and it does go down lower, but then the other fan shows 0 RPM and the fan truly isn't moving, sorry if I'm being confusing

Oh, I see what you mean.

In that case, are both fans plugged into seperate "Cpu FAN"
slots, I haven't seen too many motherboards have more than 1.

you might also have to go into your bios to disable some fan settings such as Q mode as it will override most software.

I'm surprised your computer will turn on at all even with a faulty cpu fan. (it will not turn on unless it detects a working fan.

Oh, ok then, I'll try that, it turns on because the second fan only turns off if I use Thermal Radar to choose Standard mode, otherwise they both turn on albeit at different voltages
