Hi there!

I'm looking for a gamepad with a small deadzone on the analog stick. I'll be using it to play Fifa 14. I bought an NGS Maverick, but I can't make manual passes in directions very near to the four main axis (up, down, left and right). By other words, when I try to pass eg. to the right and a tiny bit up, the controller provides a "pure" right-only input. It's because of the deadzone of the controller.

I really want to use manual passing, shooting, etc. So I need a gamepad with as small a deadzone as possible. I've played playstation 2 before, so I'm a little familiarised with the Dual Shock-ish gamepads - I prefer them over xbox gamepads. The priority is, however, the great degree of accuracy on the left stick input.

TL;DR - Need a Windows PC compatible gamepad that:

- Has the smallest analog-stick deadzone possible (TOP PRIORITY)

- is similar to the Playstation Dual Shock gamepads (if possible)

- will be used to play Fifa 14 with manual shots, passes, etc

Thank you for the help! Happy new year!

The Xbox 360 does NOT have a deadzone. It's mediokre quality as far as I'm concerned - but then it looks like from reviews that ALL PC gamepads are lousy quality when it comes to the analog sticks. The only way I can use it is because the couple of games I play have settings to create their own deadzone - but that only partially works because the 360 has so much drift/play in the center positions. But I do like it better than the logitech 3D Extreme joystick I 1st bought - it's too damn big and awkward.
