New Asus m5 A99FX MOBO won't boot

Hello, I just installed the M5 A99FXm Pro R2.0 from Asus. I can get to the bios but when the computer starts it gets to the screen "Starting windows" then it gives me a blue screen and crashes. Does anyone know a solution to the issue?

Sadly, I still get the blue screen.

I don't see an option when I go tp boot menu for safe mode, where would I find it? Also I don't have a windows install DVD.

Ok I found safe mode but that does not work. Blue screen still.
