Today i was doing maintenance on my computer area, and what i mean that is making sure it has enough space and air. I noticed my psu vent was blocked and may have not been getting the airflow it needed, so i got a crate with holes in it and placed it under the pc between my PC and PC stand. When this happened i restarted my pc, and noticed my MSI boot screen was buggy and was missing certain things like "press del for bios menu" and when i do go into the bio the UI is very buggy, and scattered, nor is it complete(all settings were not there), and apart from that now windows will not boot, and when i tried reformatting i couldn't because it was stuck on zero percent on expanding files, but not frozen. When i took out my video card it fixed my problem with bios, and began to work, but still cannot install windows. Is my video card bad? What in the world happened? When i moved my PC could it have killed my HDD? How can i tell if it's the hard drive.
