Today i was doing maintenance on my computer area, and what i mean that is making sure it has enough space and air. I noticed my psu vent was blocked and may have not been getting the airflow it needed, so i got a crate with holes in it and placed it under the pc between my PC and PC stand. When this happened i restarted my pc, and noticed my MSI boot screen was buggy and was missing certain things like "press del for bios menu" and when i do go into the bio the UI is very buggy, and scattered, nor is it complete(all settings were not there), and apart from that now windows will not boot, and when i tried reformatting i couldn't because it was stuck on zero percent on expanding files, but not frozen. When i took out my video card it fixed my problem with bios, and began to work, but still cannot install windows. Is my video card bad? What in the world happened?

If your HDD is fixed properly in the case and system is powered off during such movement, there is minimal chance of damage to the HDD. However, pl note that HDDs must be kept safe from shocks/vibrations. If you happen to have other storage media available pl try to install OS on that media and see if it works.
Dear, for a startup pl unplug all the cables and the modules like RAM/GPU etc and then plug in all again. Also check all the cables for their proper connection. It should work. If you are using dedicated GPU, pl try to switch to the on-board GPU in order to check if there is something wrong with the video card. Error symptom with problematic RAM would have been different.

Make sure the mobo is securely attached (all screws snug), also check that the CPU cooler and all power connections are snug also...The try the Win install with a single stick of DRAM in slot 1 or 2...if still problems let us know the mobo, CPU, DRAM (model #), GPU and PSU

I have done most of those things. I have token out a ram stick and it made no difference. When I took out my GPU the bios went back to normal, but windows won't start, or reinstall. The computer is very neat and cords are checked regularly. All snug and fit! My mobo is a msi gd 55, and my video card is a msi 660ti. Power supply antec 750 watt, HDD 1t not such a good one though. Sorry for the slow and bad reply. Ibam writing from a tablet and its taking time to get use too

I did restart my CMOS. I did take out the video card, and bit the bios was corrected, but this did not solve the start up probelm. Windows does not give any errors but jusr does not install. It stays at 0% on expanding windows.
