The number of sticks don't matter, they all run at the same freq, here a true 667 and as it's DOUBLE data rate (DDR) then as Smorzio said the effective is 1333

No...whatever the freq is - it is, you don't add them together or anything like that 
doesn't matter if 1 stick or 4 - each runs at the same freq - the 3 designator in DDR3 is simply that it's the 3rd generation of DDR (Double Data Rate) DRAM
