Replaced CPU, RAM and Motherboard: no monitor signal.

A few days ago I decided to give my PC a slight upgrade and went from this:

MSI g31tm-p21
4 GB DDR2 Kingston 2X2 800 MHZ
Intel Pentium Dual Core E5400
Vitsuba 8025

To this:

Asus P5Q3 Deluxe Wifi
Gskill Ripjaws 4 GB DDR3 1600 MHZ 1X4
Intel Core 2 Quad 9550
Thermaltake Overseer RX-I

The rest of my system (which was not subject to any changes) :

Sapphire Radeon HD7870 GHZ Edition
WD Digital 500GB Caviar Blue
Thermaltake PurePower 550W

With all the components set and connected, and the system ready to go, everything seems to turn on inside the case (fans, leds, etc) but it doesn't seem to give video signal to the monitor. The leds on the keyboard don't seem to turn on as well, and there are no beeps. Whoever, when removing the DIMM from it's socket and turning the system on again, the motherboard speaker reproduces the corresponding beep signal, but once I connect the ram again, the system does nothing like before.
Now, I've heard that this particular mobo is kinda picky with ram, but posts on the Gskill forums suggest this ram actually work on this configuration.
I have already tried clearing the CMOS, reseating every component, etc. But the problem persists.

Solution
more likely windows is trying to figure out what the heck to do with a different motherboard chipset drivers and any other drivers present. you are likely going to have to reinstall windows to fix this.

Firstly, I appreciate your answer.

Now, the thing is I can't even get to bios. When I power up the system, all the components seems to light on inside the case, but there is no signal to the monitor and the PC simply does nothing beyond that.

try unplugging your hdd.then,if you can get into your boot menu, set it to boot from cd/dvd.put your install disk in and then shut down your machine.plug your hdd back in and start the computer.if all goes well you can reinstall your os.if you have any files on that hdd you want to keep install it in another computer and back them up first.

Just tried that. Even with the HDD unplugged, the system won't provide signal to the monitor.

Just tried that and I didin't get any beeps. Whoever removing the RAM makes the motherboard reproduce the corresponding beep.

And yes, they are used. Bought them off from a friend who upgraded his system. His old PC used to work just fine with the components I have now.

Ok. Took the MB out, placed it on the box and connected everything except the GPU. Regardless of where I insert the RAM stick, the system won't reproduce the "no VGA detected" beep. The motherboard still reproduces the "no ram inserted" beep whoever, when the memory is not inserted on the board.

Unfortunely, this board does not have an integrated GPU.

Had a similar problem last year. Built a PC and everything seemed to turn on like in your case but no monitor signal. Took it to shop and the man said the board was dead and showed me the black chips in several places across the board which had a slight discolouration . He sent the board back and got me a replacement which worked fine.

Did that board make beeps if any of the components were missing?

UPDATE: changed my CPU to my old one and the system inmediatly booted. Can a CPU refuse to work if it doesn't have enough thermal paste applied to it? Or maybe it was not seated properly. Will try again tomorrow, but knowing the MB is functional is a huge relief.
