Hi guys, I recently purchased all of the parts I need to build myself a new gaming rig. The main components I purchased are:
AMD FX-9370 8 Core Processor
2GB ATI Radeon HD7870
2x8GB EVO Veloce DDR3 RAM
and an ASRock 990FX EXTREME 3 Motherboard

What I need help with is the PSU, I was trying to keep the build as cheap as possible and I purchased a Honli HLP-620W PSU for $18 plus $12 postage. My question is, can the Honli handle what I have for the build or is it unreliable/too cheap/not a high enough wattage?
Thanks in advance :) I will be really grateful to anyone who can help out.

can the Honli handle what I have for the build?
NO..
that's $18 generic power supply with fake label, low quality output, high ripple in all rail..

get a real power supply..at least 500w psu from well known brand (antec, corsair, seasonic, fsp) will fit on your needs..
something like seasonic M12 II 520..
