I cant connect to the internet via ethernet cable cable

I just finished building a computer and I have no optical drive to install my mobos drivers. Do I just need to purchase an optical drive or is there something else that I can do?

Download and install the realtek LAN driver,
its under "LAN"

If you have another computer you can go to the motherboards website and get drivers on a usb then install them.
