Hello, I have recently formatted my ‘Seagate freeagent GoFlex UltraPortable 2.0’ (PN:9ZF2A1-500 320GB / SN:NA0DA0RW - if this help with anything) to my Panasonic siera UT50A series or XT50A series ( don’t know what one it is, because it says both). It says I would have to format it back to my PC to use it again on my PC, when it is plugged into the PC it shows in the toolbar for it to be ejected but wont show up in computer to be access, I have windows 7. I don’t know how to reformat it back because I don’t have the manual to help me. I would also like to uninstall it off my TV as well. I don’t care if my data is deleted. If anyone can help me with this, it would be highly appreciated –Thanks

To re-format your GoFlex on your PC, go here:

Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management.

In the bottom-right panel, find the ribbon which relates to the GoFlex.
Right-click to perform operations on it.

I sorry to bug you, but I can't find the 'ribbon' GoFlex symbol... is it on the page or in the toolbar or somewhere else?

I repeat from my previous post:

Go here: Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management

Your GoFlex should be shown there.
