I like to leave my window open by my PC and it gets quite cold here in Nova Scotia right now. Anyway the cold air stays about floor level by a couple feet. My CPU temps on a cold night can get down to 8-15° C with the stock cooler/

Solution

lol that fine xD overclockers who overclock with liquid nitrogen go to temps of under -100 degrees Celsius. CPU's tend to shut down at -150 degrees Celsius :p your cpu temps are great i wish i could get them :p

The lower, the better for the electronics, but mechanical HDD's can have trouble if the temp falls below 5C: I believe this is because their motors start to become "sticky" when it gets too cold. But overall, you're in great shape.
