Hi guys,
As many new PC gamers do, i decided to have a shot at building my own. I have posted a couple of threads before on this however there have been no conclusive results (everyone not reading the opening query and saying buy from Newegg, I live in Australia, they don't ship here). SO, I sourced parts localy and I have come up with specs for the new system, however, I am over budget ( Budget being at max 1100, preferably arround $950-$1000 as I need to get an OS, ). Could anyone help cut costs without altering performance? (Parts need to come from MWave or Msy, preferably all from the same supplier).
PC specs:

Optical Drive: Pioneer DVR-220LBK 24x Internal OEM DVD Burner Drive-$22

Case: Corsair Carbide Series 400R case- $125

CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K Quad Core LGA 1150 3.4GHz CPU Processor- $277

RAM: G.SKILL RipjawsX 8GB (2x 4GB) DDR3 2133MHz Memory F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL- $105

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" SATA III SSD MZ-7TE120BW - $115

Hard Drive: Western Digital WD5000AAKX WD 500GB Blue 3.5” 7200RPM SATA3 Hard Drive - $70

CPU Cooler: Zalman LQ310 Ultimate Liquid CPU Cooler - $79

GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB Video Card - $349

PSU: Corsair VS Series 650W Power Supply - $79

Total- $1220.98 AUD

Thanks in advance for any help :)

-Please suggest nothing from Newegg or Amazon

I tried using pcpartpicker.com and choosing parts from multiple Australian retail stores so I can have the lowest prices for the same parts and still couldn't get bellow 1200$ (without OS). I think that the only option for you to lower the price and still get about the same performance is to go with AMD (FX 8320) and removing the SSD.

PCPartPicker part list

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($185.00 @ Mwave Australia)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($39.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Motherboard: ASRock 970 EXTREME4 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($115.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133...

Oops Sorry, was tired, here is an updated parts list
https://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=wish_lists&wlcId=252748&action=wish_lists, if anyone knows how to get these prices down without compromising performance, please let me know. (Different supplier?)

-I plan to overclock the CPU to about 4.4ghtz

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($68.00 @ CPL Online)
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 270 2GB Video Card ($235.00 @ Scorptec)
Case: Corsair 400R ATX Mid Tower Case ($125.00 @ CPL Online)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($99.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer ($23.00 @ CPL Online)
Total: $994.00
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

As you can see I also changed from liquid to air cooling fan. The CM Hyper 212 EVO has positive reviews and you should reach 4.4GHz safely.

PS: you'll gain more in games by using r9 270 than 7850.
