Will this motherboard handle i7 3770

I'm thinking of buying this motherboard: MSI B85M-G43, Socket-1150, but i wonder if it will handle a Intel Core i7-3770. Other specs i will put on it is a 500W PSU, 8GB DDR3 and Gainward GeForce GTX 760 2GB PhysX CUDA.

It won't handle 3770, that motherboard is for socket LGA1150, which supports the new "Haswell" CPUs, not the older "Ivy-Bridge" CPUs. If you do not have the CPU already, buy 4770 instead. And it will handle it very well. but i think you can not overclock so yeah. If you have already bought that CPU, you should look for a LGA1155 Socket motherboard.
