Is my PC temperature good? What is SYSFANIN?

If that's on load, yeah, that's amazing!
If that's on idle, it's a bit high for me (my CPU idles at 30°C and my GPU the same). Though most people would still be fine with that.
SYSFANIN probably just means a system fan.
System fans are cheap, and they usually last for 2/3 years, even more depending on the type of fan it is and where it is and how it's oriented (sleeve bearings, for one, die quickly in horizontal, but live long in a vertical position).
Just buy them when they need to be replaced, having backups is normally not needed.
