i5-3570K VS FX 8350 VS FX 8320 for modern games?

Which would do best in modern games?
Would the fx 8350 get hot when on high load compared to the other CPUs?


I tend to play BF3/BF4/DayZ/TF2/Saints Row 3/GTA 5 when it comes out on PC.


Which CPU would I get the best performance with?

If you wanted the best CPU then i5-3570k is the obvious choice. If you wanted maximum value then FX8350 is what you go with. I suggest you to go with i5-3570K if your budget allows so, for an all rounder efficient performer.

Actually, the best value is the fx-8320. It is $90 less than a 3570k and $60 less than a 8350. If you had an extra $60 or $90 to spend on a GPU for the fx-8320 it would easily beat the other CPU systems in gaming. That's why I recommend the 8320 on a budget but the 3570k if money doesn't really matter.
