Hello all, sorry if I'm in the wrong forum for this question but I'm asking it here anyway 
I have a windows 8 touch screen laptop, it has been having a few issues so I did a restore on it, still had some issues and did it again. I've now lost access to my hard drive, it says cannot complete function when I click on it, same with my pictures and videos, I also can't download anything off the net and so I thought I'd just restore it again and nope, won't let me do that either. Is there anyway this can be fixed? Thank you for your help
