Everything is perfect and all compatible , i see.
Though you can ripp off motherboard to low one (which will again be good) to save good money and get a better GPU instead. like a GTX 780!
369$.. for a mobo at a tight budget is really an overkill.
some thing like thsi will be enough:
-ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150
-MSI Z87-G45 Gaming LGA 1150
-Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP ATX LGA1150
i would recommend changing yout mobo to any of above and getting better GPU!

I'm British and so I get things on sale more than you but most things are more expensive, Basically those motherboards cost the same for me but a GTX 780 is £134 more expensive which for you is $222 which for me isn't worth the 30% extra performance.

actually a 780 is very powerfull future proof however mobo is cool ;) if you get it for cheap then grab it.
also mention a site from where you check prices etc..
