I don't see run as admin

I don't see run as admin when I right click on command prompt, notepad, etc. Any idea why?

The issue might be that your account isn't an administrator account.

Try holding down shift and then right click.

For sure I am admin, I am the only account on the computer, and I checked "User accounts".

That does nothing other than giving me a "Run as different user" option. I am the only account, so that's not useful
