Best processor for AM2+

I have this motherboard http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=419 that i don't feel like changing and i have phenom II X4 940 CPU. I know AMD makes low quality CPUs for gaming but they are cheap. So which one is the best that can go with my motherboard?

I said i don't want a new motherboard, and i don't know how can my mobo have AM3 when it says Socket AM2+ on the website above the mobo's name. Thanks for the CPU i was thinking about that one or 8350 but then i saw it was AM3 CPU. A lot of them say AM2+ can also work with AM3 but BIOS update is neccessary

Sorry. I misread the picture. It is your best bet to just get both of those. In the long run, it'ii pay off.

I'd gladly take an i7 with GTX780 but i don't have the money. Right now i want to focus on the CPU since i already decided i could take GTX560Ti
