I recently brought an i3 3220 and have not opened it yet because my friends told me that i3 3220 is going to be laggy if i were to play league of legend or world of warcraft on it while recording. Im hesitating to sell my i3 3220 and get an i5 3570k. My gpu is Asus HD 7770 1gb. Could someone tell me how lag would i3 be while recording? or how much better performance would i get by switching to i5 3570k. On a budget. the price of i5 is almost double the i3 would the performance be 2x better compare to i3? Thanks

League of Legends and World of Warcraft doesn't require a top-end CPU to record/stream.
I'd say you can stream 720p, 30 fps with a little slight fps loss.

i don't know for sure, but i'd guess it's a 25% performance increase.
