Hello all,
I posted yesterday about a GTX 770 that isn't working as it should be. It is an EVGA 2GB ACX SC model and for some reason I'm averaging under 30fps on Assassin's Creed IV on max settings at 720p! (TV is only 720p) It was also causing the computer to take about 10 minutes to start up but I've fixed that with a BIOS update on my Gigabyte motherboard. So any ideas what the problem is? Is it a faulty card?
I have all the latest drivers etc, and the card is running at 1215MHz in game so its not a clock speed issue. Its also running nice and cool so its not that either.....
