I'm not dead set on the 212 evo but thats all anyone ever talks about. Is there an alternative cheap fan?
I recently got this motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157304 and while installing it I realized my OEM motherboard from HP has a fused cpu backplate and fan backplate, so my cooler master cm12v back plate cannot be removed from the board.
I knew this *might* happen so I was planning on just ordering the 212.. but now its out of stock from websites I trust (newegg, bestbuy)
Really any decent fan under $30 will do, I don't overclock but I do game with a 770 and my current fan is pretty small: http://az413224.vo.msecnd.net/img/25615/m_s_p_25615_1.jpg
any suggestions?
