Will a 780Ti on a ASUS P8H61 be throttled?

You have one PCI-e 16 connector so it is fine. MoBo do not make bothleneck. Ot is cpu or video card.
So what is your cpu?
There is coming out new Nvidia 8 serie in two months or so.. So thai is better buy.
780Ti is really expensive so better price / performance you get if you buy GTX 760 or 770.
GTX 780Ti is so expensive that you build whole computer same price.
