No mini ITX boards for AM3+ so I suggest going with Intel. Unless you are talking prodigy M which will support mATX then you could go with this board http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a78lmusb3 The card should fit the case http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/prodigy-m Your PSU is an overkill for the system which will run on fine on quality 500watt unit. I quickly could not find max physical dimension of the PSU.

So in simple terms will the graphics card fit and and whats the best motherboard for an 8 core cpu that will fit in the case aswell?

If it is Prodigy it only supports mITX boards none available for the FX series CPU's!
If it is the Prodigy M I linked to the best ASUS mATX board (No really good mATX boards available for those CPU's) that supports the FX 8 core and it will fit the GPU!

You will not be able to use an FX8320 CPU in that case because there are no mITX motherboards made for that CPU!!!!!

PSU is 150mm long so it will all fit! GPU is around 10.5'' so no problems.

HDD will but fan controller depends on the controller. I personally never use any fan controllers really do not see the need for them with quality low rpm fans.
