What Type of Windows?

I'm so lost on purchasing windows on my new build with no previous OS. I keep hearing different things that I need to buy. I went to Best Buy yesterday to pick it up, but was told that I need Windows 8 System Builder, which I can't find anywhere. I was then told OEM is the same things as system builder, but was also told that Windows 8 Full Version is System Builder.

Could someone link me to the actual product I need on a site like Wal-Mart or something?

Is this what I need?

Also, if it isn't sold in Wal-Mart, or Best Buy, I can order it, but would prefer being able to pick up a copy today.

So what is the thing that I linked? Is that also only used if you're upgrading from a previous form of Windows?

What Microsoft sales assistant just saidi-
"What you need for a computer that has no Operating System is genuine Windows 8 retail copy."
