- I`ve tried to take out the SSD, to let the HDD to the "main boot" _ I put the SSD back in to the hole, and then It automaticly puts it self ahead in the main boot order after a restart.-.. and It just playing the main role in my Thinkpad again...and It`s way to little....-Richard.
I tried to look in to Bios, I don`t understand....-Must I do a clean Install again? Can I just switch em around or something?....please help...

Applications can be installed wherever you like. But I'd put the AV on the C drive. No reason not to.

You say it is 'way too small'. From that, I would guess that the SSD is a 24 or 32GB drive, meant to be the cache. And as such is meant to work hand in hand with the HDD. Remove one, and the thing won't boot.

What are you trying to do, and what are the actual specs of this thing?

I think you didnt install an OS on your hard drive, I think its on your SSD.

1. If you want to boot your computer from the hard disk drive, then the Microsoft Windows operating system must be installed in the hard drive.

2. If Microsoft Windows is already installed on your hard drive, go into the System BIOS immediately on startup and make sure the hard disk drive is selected as the primary boot drive and not the ssd.

3. If Microsoft Windows is not installed on the hard drive; unplug the ssd; go into the System BIOS immediately on startup and make sure the hard disk drive is selected as the primary boot drive. Save the BIOS settings; continue with startup; and install Microsoft Windows.

4. You mentioned Thinkpad. What is the model number of your Lenovo Thinkpad? As USAFRet already mentioned it is possible you might have a small capacity ssd meant to be used as a cache. If you could provide the model number, that would help us sort things out.

The Intel SSD is 180 GB minus cloning Win - 30 GB . .. equals 150 GB, and I Wish to run software with minimum 100Gb off free space ...and so on I`ve allready reachhed the limit off this drive....thus I feel this drive is to small...I feel I need"Gary Moore", .ashttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3dapDTDJzk , (more empty rooms) - my HDDrive is at aproximatly 400 Gigs...
