Good morning and happy new year!

I currently have this rig that I built in july 2012:

Here is the gist of it...

MOBO= P8Z77-V LK
CPU= Intel i5-3570K
GPU= single EVGA GTX 670
RAM= Kingston 2 sticks of 4gb for a total of 8gb
SSD= Kingston HyperX 120GB
HDD= 1TB
PSU= (forgot the brand) 650W

**I haven't overclocked anything**

I saw a gtx 670 in the ads where I live for 200$ and I wanted to know if my psu is powerful enough to handle another GPU in SLI

Thank you

Solution
No.
Youre going to want a 750W for any kind of SLI.
I can recommend these:
RM750, modular 80+GOLD.
SeaSonic 750W, any of them are good.
TX750, not modular (although you can get a modular version) 80+BRONZE

All of them are good, also if you find anything from Rosewill grab that. They make good PSUs as well
Just a quick guide, when buying a PSU be sure that it is rated 80+, for optimal performance
