I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 motherboard and i have a 500watt PSU. I currently have a Radeon 6800 series GPU and want to upgrade to this GPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130921. I need toget that card and a new PSu but i dont know which PSU to get! Can someone help point me in the right direction or send me a link to a PSu that has 750 watts which i think is enough to run the card! Also make sure the PSU works with my motherboard!

Here's what the newegg page you linked says:
600 watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 42 amps on the +12 volt rail.
You don't need 750W. Here's a good 650W PSU:
