ok so i get 26c idle on my card and whilst playing BF4 maxed out the max temp i hit was 52c. So my question is, is the card hitting its boost clocks? and should i oc more ?

You might just have a good CPU cooler. If you're able to max BF4 out I don't really see a point in overclocking it more as of now.
