Can anyone help?
I have always been the only user on my laptop and I was the adminitrator but for some reason it looks like my account had been disabled and I do not have any rights to access anything including services, device manager... even 'run' and msconfig will not open. All the important files deny me acces and I cannot change any settings at all to get round it.
I have tried to down load software to run scans and software to help me resolve this problem but everything I down load will not run... I get the message that they are 'incompattable' and I cannot fix it as I dont have administrative rights. I cannot restore to an earlier date and I can not install a new copy of windows from disc as i'm not allowed access.
I dont know what to as I can't change any settings... I can't download anything and I cant restore my laptop. I can only do very basic things. MMC and other administrative tools will not open... It's driving me mad, its been completely taken over. HELP!
