As the title says, I'm having a tough time deciding between these two video cards. Right now the Hawk is at an extremely enticing price-point ($249.99 after rebates) on top of being arguably the best 760 out there. However, I don't want to be kicking myself in the near future for not holding out a bit longer and getting the 770 ($319.99). $70 difference is extensive to me though.

The most graphically demanding game I plan to play is Metro: Last Light. Other than that I'll be playing "lesser" demanding titles such as Skyrim, Bioshock: Infinite, Fallout series, MMOs etc.

What kind of performance difference could I expect between the two? Is the $70 more for the 770 worth it?

I can post the rest of my build if need be. Any input would be vastly appreciated as I am looking to pull the trigger ASAP to finish off my build! Thanks a ton!

770 will always win the "Is it worth the $$" It's always worth it going from a 760 to a 770. I think the 770 is the best card on the market for under $400 hands down. Never fails you, great Price/performance, and it's just all around a good card. Buy it.

I would strongly recommend the gtx 770, if you were playing more demanding games; BF4, Origins, Crysis, etc... But for the games you listed, i would have to recommend the 70$ save and go for the GTX 760 HAWK which averages 60+fps on all those games, and use the money you saved to buy a 4770k instead of 4670k, or maybe even an extra 8gigs of RAM.
