I took a stick of ram out and now my pc won't power on

Solution
There should be another cable coming from the PSU that'll plug right into it. If there isn't, i dont see any other option but to do that.

Well the power button flashed blue when I tried to turn it on. The thing is the fans didn't turn on at all. Nor did the red led fan. I'm unsure if this is from taking out the ram or the psu. Do you think I broke it? That's what I'm worried about

Trying disconnecting and reconnecting your PSU, make sure all the plugs are in the correct spots. Re-seat your RAM also, could just be a lose connection since it did at least blink when you pushed power. If that doesnt help try individually putting in the ram 1 stick at a time and powering up after each. If it does the same thing my guess would be a bad PSU.

I don't have the 4/8 pin psu connector plugged in... I don't even know what that is.

I see it. I have nothing to plug into it. The psu mobo power cord is 24 pins. 4 pins can be detached tho. Should I detach the four pins and plug them into the other connector?

I just found an 8 pin connector that splits in half. It's labeled cpu and it clips in the 4 pin connector just fine.

Where the the two 4 pin connectors pair to each other there should be a slight raised protrusion on each 4 pin connector that are side by side when facing you, you want to plug in the left most connector - then double check the the 24 pin is nice and firm, and may want to reset the CMOS then try again
