i want to build amd computer and 2 msi gddr5 7770 1gb 128bit 109$ each for gaming or 1 gtx 760 2gb gddr5 256bit 237$

Personally I'd go with the GTX 760, since not all games support 2 cards.

760 gtx no doubt. Definitely more powerful than two 7770s.
