I'm looking to buy a gtx 760 with my fx 8320 but I wonder if it will overheat. I won't overclock the cpu, the gpu is from msi so it's already OC and I have 4x 120mm fans and 2x60mm fans and I got the stock cpu cooler that came with it (Cooler Master RR-H101-22FK-RA). I will play games like bf3, Arma 2, borderlands 2, far cry 3, AC IV, splinter cell. So do I need more cooling?

Learned this from Tom's:
If it doesn't work, add fans/cooling. If it still doesn't work, but only then, change the case.

It probably won't, I'm fine with just 4 fans and my temps are really good. :D

Your cooling solution seems perfectly fine. I only have 2 case fans and I am running two graphics cards. Even then, if your GPU does overheat, GPU Boost 2.0 (a technology developed by NVIDIA that comes with all 700 series graphics cards) will underclock your card to make sure it stays at the temperature target of your choice (default is 80 celcius). You're gonna be fine.
