if you are careful, you can buy an i7 processor. and don't go to those online stores. go to some real ones, they sell for cheap there. of course, avoid big box stores from tatas, ambanis and birlas.

here is a cpu build i can think of, but the prices are subject to verification.

07,500 H87 mATX board
06,000 4 X 2 GB 1666 MHz DDR3 RAM
20,000 i7 CPU Haswell 4xxx
03,500 cpu cooling
04,000 7200 RPM 1 TB HDD
02,000 Cabinet & SMPS
02,000 Mouse, Keyboard, headset, webcam, etc.

We can talk specific brands and models if you are interested.

Yes, you should go for an i7-based build. HT will be crucial for rendering purposes, if you aren't interested in AMD.

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770 (Rs. 21000)
http://www.flipkart.com/intel-3-4-ghz-lga-1150-core-i7-4770-8m-cache-up-3-90-ghz-processor/p/itmdhtnubwzwwvms?pid=PSRDHTNMVVWPJHNN&ref=21da293f-58c3-4d85-91d2-bd9f14d628e1

Motherboard: Asus B85M-G (Rs. 6500)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) (Rs. 6000)

HDD: WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB (Rs. 4300)

PSU: Corsair SMPS CX500 (Rs. 3800)
http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-smps-cx500-500-watts-psu/p/itmdzasggssybnqg?pid=PSUD5XZ4CEUXM4GH&ref=db8ec49c-f0b9-4781-a1ae-4b0cd97101c4

GPU: Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5 (Rs. 9000)
http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-hd-7770-1-gb-gddr5-graphics-card/p/itmd7th7krc5umdg?pid=GRCD7TGZHNSN39YR&ref=0fc5adf8-8e3c-40ff-8895-3e1c934d3380

If you are very tight on budget, you can pick 7750, but nothing less than that will be good for what you're going to do on your computer.

Cabinet: Antec X1 (Rs. 2500)
http://www.snapdeal.com/product/antec-x1-cpu-cabinet/1251828

I know it overshoots your budget. But, if you want a good system, you can't compromise on certain things lik PSU, GPU, etc. Don't pick the Corsair VS Series PSUs. The one I suggested is CX series (80+ Bronze certified efficiency), which is way better than VS series.

Also, IMO, Online shopping of part is quite good. I don't think you will find much difference in prices between flipkart and Market. If you are in NCR, you can buy them from Nehru Place. But, otherwise, its fine to shop online.

I was thinking about a i7 3770k processor bcoz its cheaper than the i7 4770 and its pretty good too. And the SAPHIRE HD 7770 is a very weak card for rendering so how about a GTX 660 ti or a GTX 760.
i can adjust price to 50k to 60k. still m very tight on budget!

I don't think i7 3770k is cheaper than i7 4770 (non-k). i7 3770k is still costlier than 4770.

http://www.flipkart.com/intel-3-5-ghz-lga-1155-core-i7-3770k-processor/p/itmd99wtkmuffh4a

Moreover, if you buy the 3770k, you will have to buy a good OCing Mobo such as ASRock Z77 Extreme4 (Rs. 10k), which will increase the sum further. And, Maybe, you'd also need an aftermarket CPU Cooler to run the CPU cool during OCing.

YES, 7770 is quite weak & is the bare minimum card for gaming. Go for R9 270 or GTX 760, depending on how much you want to spend more.

vinaykumar sir, i'll be leaving India in the next 2-3yrs may be in 2016, for further studying at VFS, Canada. I wont be able to take my CPU there with me so the thing is, i want a decent config. that is able to pick up softwares such as MAYA, AUTODESK, Z Brush, nd other 3D oriented ones. Besides making games i'll be testing them too, so suggest something with not very expensive yet powerful.
And the i7 4770 is perfect.
help awaited....

OK. In the build I've suggested, I picked only the most Value for Money products. i7 has no match in rendering applications. If you want cheaper than this you can go for AMD FX8320. But, i7 beats it by miles.

If you replace the GPU to GTX760, the total cost will exceed your budget of 55k by around 8k. But, the 760 is great value for money.

here you go:

20,000 Intel I7 4770 Processor
06,000 Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H Motherboard
06,000 Corsair Valueselect 1666 MHz DDR3 RAM 4 GB X 2
04,000 Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM 3.5" Hdd
05,000 DVD Drive, Card Reader, Keyboard, Mouse, Cabinet with SMPS, UPS, Speakers, Mic, etc.
20,000 Nvidia GeForce GTX760 DDR5
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
61,000 High performance Desktop

Later
02,000 Cooler Master cabinet
03,000 Corsair CX series PSU

Notes:
1. Ideally, you must be buying a H87 board and not a B75 board (+2,000)
2. And your RAM should be 8 GB X 2 = 16 GB so you are not limited (+ 5,000)
3. And you MUST have a solid state drive as a boot drive (SSD) (+ 7,000)
4. And a very good monitor at least 24" or above with Full HD or above (+ 15,000)
