I need it to be as cheap as possible, thats why theres only 4 gigs of ram for example :/

I would get the SATA optical and this motherboard , the MSI one is poor quality.

I can't spend anymore money, 385 pounds is over the limit already... I will upgrade them in the future however, will the drive work?...

Probably as long as you set your BIOS to boot from USB (sometimes Winkey+B on startup for some BIOSes)
